These little jems can be served on traditional tiered cake stands between the Ceremony and before the Wedding Breakfast. Having passed a National Diploma in Catering, my career progressed into catering management working for a top firm of contract caterers in the south east. As their regional manager of the year, I managed prestigious events as well as overseeing large catering contracts. After my first child was born I followed my love of creative cooking by catering for events from home. Initially, I started cake decoration as a hobby and quickly word spread.
